What you will do
- Execute comprehensive channel strategy for partner segmentation, recruitment, enablement, and engagement.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with channel partners, meeting remotely and in-person.
- Drive revenue growth by setting and tracking sales targets through partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, solutions engineering) to support partners' efforts.
- Manage partner incentive programs and optimize onboarding processes.
- Conduct market research to identify new channel growth opportunities in Mexico.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in channel sales or partner management within the technology industry.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through a partner network.
- Proven experience recruiting and managing diverse channel partners.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and long-term relationships within the Mexican business environment.
- Familiarity with local commercial law, contract enforcement, and compliance requirements in Mexico.
- Full professional proficiency in both Spanish and English.
