What you will do

• Assist in planning, executing, and delivering marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with senior project managers on project briefs, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Oversee project timelines, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Act as a key point of contact between marketing stakeholders and creative/production teams.
• Support continuous improvement of project workflows and processes.
• Manage administrative tasks including reporting, documentation, and file organization.

Requirements

• Previous experience in project coordination, project management, or marketing operations.
• Proven experience collaborating with creative and marketing teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Trello, or Jira.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Must be based in the Philippines.

• Experience in creative services, agency operations, or content production workflows.
