What you will do

• Adhere to project management best practices and monitor project progress, milestones, and deviations.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
• Manage contracts and vendor relationships to ensure project success.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and provide mentorship.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project/Program Management experience, including 3+ years leading complex SaaS projects.
• Exceptional project management skills, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong understanding of electricity industry knowledge.
• Outstanding communication skills, appropriate for C-suite audiences.
• Experience driving cross-functional product and engineering teams.
• BS/MS/PhD in engineering/science or equivalent work experience.
