TL;DR

Project Manager, Partner Professional Services (AI): Ensuring the successful deployment of hirify.global solutions for customers acquired through partners, with an accent on managing the entire deployment process and coordinating with technical experts. Focus on educating and onboarding customers on Dialpad products while navigating partner relationships and collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams.

Location: Hybrid (Kitchener, Canada). Candidates must be able to work US hours.

What you will do

  • Take full ownership of customer deployment projects, ensuring successful implementation of all Dialpad products.
  • Apply the Dialpad deployment methodology and leverage tools to seamlessly onboard customers.
  • Manage changes to deployment scope and schedule, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Create and maintain thorough project documentation, accurately recording details and progress.
  • Conduct admin training sessions for customers, assist with integrations, and troubleshoot complex issues.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of project management experience, ideally in a customer-facing role.
  • Prior experience working with project-tracking platforms.
  • Proficiency with G-Suite, Salesforce, Jira, and other cloud platforms.
  • Ability to lead project meetings, hold customers accountable, and manage multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Strong digital communication skills with an emphasis on clarity during remote interactions.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with various internal teams.
