What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project planning and execution for multiple game projects, from initiation through launch and post-release support
• Organize and manage project backlogs within an Waterfall/Sprint framework, ensuring priorities are clear and actionable
• Manage certification timelines, deliverables, dependencies, queries and communication with internal teams and external partners
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date project documentation, including meeting notes, action items, roadmaps, trackers, and status reports
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or blockers, and proactively drive resolutions
• Provide regular project updates and visibility to senior management

Requirements

• Background in igaming
• Proven experience in iGaming project management, operations, or coordination roles (certification experience is a strong plus)
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Kanban & Waterfall)
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives

Nice to have

• Experience working with remote, international teams
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders with reporting and coordination
