Focus on developing and maintaining custom dashboards and integrations, auditing and debugging automations, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Location: Hybrid in San Mateo, CA, United States (Tuesday-Thursday onsite, Monday and Friday remote)

Salary: $152,950–$187,360 USD annually

What you will do

  • Own the processes and systems that ensure data integrity, quality assurance, and standardized data reporting for the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Develop and maintain custom dashboards, integrations, and applications using no-code and low-code tooling (Google App Scripts, Airtable, Hex).
  • Maintain automations through regular audits, debugging, and redesign as systems evolve.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Recruiting, People Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Legal.
  • Leverage sources like Greenhouse, Goodtime, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter to build and implement solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading and implementing automation projects, preferably within a Talent Acquisition or HR function.
  • Strong understanding of system integrations, data flows, and API concepts.
  • Experience managing projects from start to finish, including defining scope, developing timelines, managing resources, and tracking progress.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior experience in Talent Acquisition or People Analytics is highly preferred.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SQL or other data analysis tools.
  • PMP certification or similar.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and training sessions.
