What you will do

• Ensure all safety requirements and procedures are identified and prepared.
• Own and manage preparation activities, ensuring sequences and deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain and update planning boards to reflect current execution status and changes.
• Merge and integrate sequences into the overall works plan, ensuring consistency and alignment.
• Fine-tune and localize sequences to align with local system configuration and site-specific requirements.
• Collect execution feedback, update Best Known Methods (BKM), and ensure lessons learned are recorded.

Requirements

• Strong ownership mindset with attention to safety, quality, and execution discipline.
• Excellent planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate execution feedback into structured improvements and standards.
• Strong communication skills in cross-functional and global environments.
• Hands-on mentality combined with structured and systematic thinking.
• Skill in automation paper work and excel; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
