Salary: Annual base pay ranges from $144,800.00 - $231,200.00 in specific states like California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC. In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Vermont, the range is $137,500.00 - $219,700.00 annually.

What you will do
- Design and deliver high-impact, scalable enablement programs that elevate sales and success capabilities.
- Leverage AI and automation tools (e.g., Glean, Gong AI features) to create personalized learning experiences.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders on GTM readiness and change management.
- Define and drive measurable performance and adoption outcomes using data analysis tools like Salesforce, Gong, and Tableau.
- Build enablement approaches that drive behavioral change through sales managers, providing coaching tools and playbooks.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of skilled enablement professionals, fostering continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 7+ years of proven experience in sales, enablement, training, program management, or GTM implementations.
- 3+ years of experience leading enablement or GTM teams.
- Excellent business partner and project management skills with the ability to champion initiatives and drive impactful outcomes.
- Strong analytical mindset to set programmatic metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in sales process, sales tech, and B2C/B2B sales dynamics.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and skilled in creating clarity and driving improvement.
