What you will do
- Recruit, onboard, and activate partners quickly to drive productive sales.
- Lead joint partner planning, setting mutual performance objectives and financial targets.
- Coordinate cross-departmental resources (direct sales, marketing, support, services) to meet partner goals.
- Achieve assigned sales quota and strategic objectives for indirect sales in the territory.
- Assist partners in customer engagements to position, promote, and sell hirify.global solutions.
- Build a strong partner pipeline through tailored vertically focused initiatives, co-marketing, and account mapping.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role with a strong focus on indirect sales and channel development for a software product company.
- Track record of achieving targets with partner recruitment, enablement, pipeline generation, and bookings revenue.
- Experience with reseller, systems integrator, and consulting ecosystems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with technical and business counterparts.
- Critical thinker with innate interpersonal skills, team player, entrepreneurial, and self-driven.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI partners.
