Location: This role is fully remote for candidates who reside outside the 50 mile radius of our San Ramon office. For candidates who reside within 50 miles of our San Ramon location, this role is Hybrid and would require 3 days a week (M, W, TH) in our San Ramon office. Must be based in the United States.

Salary: $52,200 - $137,700 USD

What you will do

• Act as a sales-facing subject matter expert on process, policy, and pricing.
• Assist sales teams in creating and positioning complex orders.
• Liaise between sales and key stakeholders involved in the deal structuring process (e.g., Sales Operations, Finance, Legal).
• Partner with sales to ensure opportunities are properly created and tracked in Salesforce.
• Process and manage order fulfillments in accordance with executed contracts and orders.
• Drive business process improvements and support best practice efforts in the Quote to Cash processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience supporting Sales organizations in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Solid knowledge of sales processes and methodologies.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com and CPQ tools.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with finance, legal, and sales teams to frame and price customer quotes.
• Ability to read and interpret business terms and conditions.
