Salary: £104,992 – £123,520

What you will do

• Act as a visionary and collaborative leader, driving clarity on product "What" and "Why".
• Partner with Engineering Leads to shape and prioritise change for the Cloud Platform.
• Engage with stakeholders to navigate complex cross-platform demand.
• Inspire delivery, encourage simplicity, and foster trust across teams and stakeholders.
• Coach and develop other Product Owners to build a strong product community.

Requirements

• Vision for shaping a holistic, lab-wide strategy and roadmap.
• Experience delivering Public Cloud products (Google Cloud or Azure).
• Experience enhancing Developer Experience or designing an internal Product Catalogue.
• Understanding of cloud security best practices and principles.
• Strong listening, influencing, and communication skills with senior stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in office) from Leeds or London, UK.
