Location: Hybrid in Bristol, UK, with an expectation of once every two weeks in the office.

What you will do

  • Own the 'Begin Retirement' product domain, developing market-leading digital experiences.
  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product domain, contributing to the wider Retirement product strategy.
  • Conduct effective discovery to identify opportunities for user needs and business viability.
  • Evaluate client feedback and build a clear picture of product performance.
  • Manage and leverage stakeholders to support vision delivery.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the Product Management Community of Practice.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in a Product Management role within Financial Services.
  • Expertise in delivering excellent client-facing digital journeys with a focus on user experience.
  • Experience within the retirement product space.
  • Strong understanding of digital technology and current/emerging themes.
  • Accomplished in forging effective relationships, influencing, and negotiating at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced and changeable environment.
  • Work from Bristol, UK, with an expectation of office presence once every two weeks.
  • Unable to provide employment sponsorship.
