Salary: £51,000–£85,000

What you will do

• Deliver value to users by understanding pain points and leveraging hirify.global’s existing product suite.
• Quarterback a key investment, focusing on delivering a product experience that customers love.
• Advocate for the product by developing a deep understanding of customers and business needs.
• Foster collaboration by motivating your squad and working with cross-functional teams.
• Create go-to-market plans in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support.

Requirements

• More than two years of experience in product management, with a track record of shipping valuable customer-facing software.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting roadmaps and gaining buy-in.
• Naturally curious, eager for knowledge, and passionate about building prototypes and testing.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making, while knowing when to take calculated risks.
• Passion for the sport of basketball and/or ice hockey, with a keenness to learn more.
• Collaborative mindset, seeking to understand team strengths and tackling hard problems together.
• Ambitious and energetic, willing to get hands-on to make an impact.

• Commercially-minded, balancing user needs with business goals.
• Strong negotiation skills, able to communicate tradeoffs and generate buy-in.
