Product Manager (AI/ML)

What you will do

• Own strategy, execution, and delivery for one or more AI/ML products within hirify.global’s portfolio.
• Define product roadmaps, set clear OKRs and KPIs, and conduct user research to shape product strategy.
• Drive agile delivery, manage product backlogs, and ensure requirements are well-defined for development teams.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and lead release planning, making trade-off decisions.
• Leverage data and analytics to track and report key metrics for product adoption, quality, and performance.
• Support go-to-market execution, including product rollout, adoption initiatives, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Post Graduate Degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in end-to-end complex product development from ideation to post-launch.
• Proven experience in user discovery, competitive analysis, and shaping product value propositions.
• Skills in prioritization frameworks and product performance measurement.
• Ability to partner with engineering to define functional requirements and address technical debt.
• Experience coordinating multi-squad execution or dependency management.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to adjust style for different technical expertise and seniority levels.

Nice to have

• Prior familiarity with data science and/or data engineering.
• Awareness of emerging technologies such as GenAI, LLM ecosystem tools, and cloud-native development.
• Knowledge and understanding of technical engineering best practices, including DevSecOps and continuous integration.
