What you will do

• Lead and execute high-impact AI initiatives from initial conception to global production.
• Define the technical roadmap for AI orchestration and agentic frameworks using LangGraph.
• Develop production-grade fullstack systems that integrate complex AI logic at scale.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to optimize AI models and vector databases within Kubernetes environments.
• Mentor senior staff, conduct formal design reviews, and propose fluid architectural options.
• Communicate AI roadmaps and project statuses clearly to technical squads and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of Software Engineering experience with a track record of leading large-scale projects.
• Expert-level experience in building agentic workflows, RAG architectures, and orchestration (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI).
• Deep hands-on mastery of Python and modern enterprise-grade fullstack development.
• Expert knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus.
• High proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and modern CI/CD patterns.
• Must be based in or eligible to work in the USA.

Nice to have

• Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience managing AI-driven automation for mixed software and hardware assets.
• Proven ability to run cross-departmental projects in fast-paced environments.
