What you will do

• Lead the architecture and development of a cloud-native Data and AI platform using Azure, Databricks Lakehouse, and Snowflake.
• Operationalize GenAI solutions, including RAG architectures and integration with OpenAI and Claude APIs.
• Design and implement an API-first data platform to enable secure, governed data sharing across global stakeholders.
• Implement data governance, cataloging, and lineage practices using Collibra.
• Develop embedding and vector search strategies for unstructured data discovery using Azure AI Search.
• Build reusable platform services, APIs, and observability frameworks for AI/LLM systems and data pipelines.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in platform or software engineering, focusing on AI/ML infrastructure and data security.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C#, .Net, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Azure (Data Lake, ML, Event Hubs), Terraform (IaC), Databricks, and Snowflake.
• Experience designing and building API-driven data platforms (REST/GraphQL, microservices).
• Unrestricted US work authorization is mandatory; the foundation does not provide immigration sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with Salesforce.
• Experience with document processing and NLP pipelines (OCR, entity extraction, classification).
• Deep familiarity with Collibra and data governance frameworks.
