TL;DR

Account Executive, LATAM (Spanish): Responsible for achieving sales and profitability objectives by engaging with prospects, managing sales cycles, and closing new business in the LATAM region. Focus on territory planning, relationship development, presentation delivery, and negotiation.

Location: Hybrid remote in Tampa (Oldsmar), Florida, USA. Requires in-office attendance on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday plus additional days as required.

What you will do

  • Qualify prospective accounts and maintain a pipeline to achieve sales goals.
  • Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos as a trusted guide on hirify.global's products.
  • Negotiate opportunity terms, discounts, and implementation.
  • Manage sales cycles to help customers evaluate the product and close revenue.
  • Forecast opportunities in Salesforce to meet or exceed monthly quotas.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and/or Portuguese is required.
  • 2+ years of experience selling SaaS software to B2B prospects.
  • Career history of consistent success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Polished communication skills and active listening skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience selling IT Operations software or similar solutions.
