What you will do
- Hire, train, and lead a team of Corporate Sales Representatives.
- Coach and develop a results-driven team to drive growth and exceed objectives.
- Conduct regular reviews to guide expectations and drive desired results.
- Report on sales metrics and forecast to senior sales management.
- Actively use Salesforce to lead the sales process, set performance standards, and manage team pipeline.
- Initiate and coordinate demand generation outreach with the Marketing department.
Requirements
- College Degree.
- 4+ years experience in a technical sales role is required, specifically in Cloud/SaaS solutions.
- Excellent communication, business acumen, organizational, and time management skills.
Nice to have
- 1+ years experience managing, hiring, and training Corporate Sales Representatives.
- Knowledge of financial markets.
- Experience selling multiple SKUs/products.
- Experience developing new territories or running a lead generation team.
- Robust Salesforce analysis, reporting, and forecasting skillset.
