What you will do

• Lead successful delivery of client onboarding and consultancy projects.
• Manage client interactions, including leading meetings and training sessions.
• Design, document, and implement robust business processes using hirify.global.
• Manage client data import and ensure completeness and accuracy using Excel and in-house tools.
• Build custom reports and dashboards for clients using hirify.global’s BI tools.
• Support business change projects and drive continuous improvement in onboarding processes.

Requirements

• Experience providing professional services in a consulting or project management role.
• Proven track record supporting business change projects in large, complex organizations.
• Successful track record managing and delivering multiple complex client engagements to strict timeframes.
• Strong analytical thinking and data manipulation skills, including Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to take ownership and deliver engagements with minimal senior oversight.
• Strong internal and external stakeholder management and influencing skills.
