What you will do
- Own the vision and roadmap for the Dealer Engagement Platform, focusing on usability and performance.
- Evolve the DEPβs design system and component architecture to enable rapid iteration and consistency.
- Collaborate with UX and Engineering to ensure the platform reflects best-in-class design practices.
- Partner with dealer product teams to identify shared needs and accelerate delivery via reusable components and unified workflows.
- Balance quick usability improvements with long-term platform scalability and technical excellence.
- Champion a cohesive visual and interaction language across all dealer experiences.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of product management experience, including ownership of front-end platforms, design systems, or user-facing product foundations.
- Proven success in building modern, performant, and extensible front-end architectures.
- Strong understanding of user management, roles and permissions, and how these underpin cohesive multi-product ecosystems.
- Deep collaboration experience with UX and Engineering to deliver scalable, reusable components and intuitive design patterns.
- Ability to translate technical and design decisions into business impact, driving alignment across stakeholders.
- Strategic, systems-level thinking with a bias for action and excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
