What you will do

• Formulate business strategies and long-term product roadmaps based on in-depth market and competitor analysis.
• Define product vision, KGIs/KPIs, and detailed functional requirements and use cases.
• Lead agile development processes, exercising strong product ownership to manage progress and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders across business divisions, development teams, and sales departments.
• Analyze product performance via data to implement continuous improvements and enhance profitability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of practical experience at a strategic or IT consulting firm.
• Deep understanding of business models and technology trends in IT services and internet businesses.
• Proven ability to own and execute the entire product lifecycle from planning to release and growth.
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to build consensus.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
• Advanced Japanese proficiency (C1).

Nice to have

• Knowledge or experience in SaaS, PaaS, and the API economy.
• Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in agile/Scrum development.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Google Analytics.
• Experience in launching new businesses or implementing growth hacking strategies.
