Salary: $111,000 - $222,000

What you will do

• Deliver cohesive, scalable platform foundation enabling faster product innovation across Pinnacle.
• Create unified global information architecture and navigation improving usability and cross-product discoverability.
• Standardize cross-product platform processes for consistency, efficiency, and maintainability.
• Partner with Engineering and Architecture to build extensible, resilient systems for long-term scale.
• Define and track platform-level KPIs measuring adoption, performance, and ecosystem health.
• Establish governance for shared services reducing fragmentation and improving reliability.
• Build scalable CMS and localization frameworks for rapid content iteration and global expansion.
• Operationalize accessibility standards (WCAG) across shared components and workflows.
• Scale self-service support ecosystem (Freshdesk, Docusaurus) to increase customer autonomy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of platform, infrastructure, or shared systems at scale
• Demonstrated systems thinking aligning technical architecture and user experience across complex ecosystems
• Strong executive presence to influence across teams without direct authority
• Exceptional communication skills in matrixed, multi-product organizations
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives in high-growth, enterprise SaaS environments
• Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and localization best practices
