Location: Hybrid position based in Oakland, California. Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Salary: $48,000–$65,000 USD (base salary)

What you will do

• Partner with Account Managers to execute operational tasks including building media plans and executing insertion orders.
• Ensure creative is deployed properly and assist with research requests for high-touch clients.
• Monitor campaigns and ensure delivery across various ad serving systems.
• Collaborate with the billing team to resolve monthly invoicing queries.
• Provide ad-hoc account-related support and delegate work to internal resources.

Requirements

• Experience in digital, radio, or mobile planning, buying, or account/project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to be self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
