What you will do

  • Service customer accounts, overseeing campaigns across kick-off, implementation, launch, reporting, remediation, and billing.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Implementation, Product Management, Engineering, and Finance teams to deliver solutions.
  • Recommend and implement strategies for driving ongoing client product needs.
  • Educate customers about the hirify.global product suite and its leverage for their goals.
  • Establish and maintain strategic account plans for top-tier advertisers.
  • Identify potential churn risks and escalate to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Perform monthly audits of the book of business and maintain AM dashboard.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years overall work experience, with 1-2 years in Sales or Account Management.
  • Deep understanding of the online advertising industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Exceptional command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Direct experience working at an advertising agency, publisher, ad network, or demand-side platform.
  • Experience with Ad Serving technology and comprehensive understanding of the online media marketplace.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple deliverables with tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
