What you will do
- Service customer accounts, overseeing campaigns across kick-off, implementation, launch, reporting, remediation, and billing.
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Implementation, Product Management, Engineering, and Finance teams to deliver solutions.
- Recommend and implement strategies for driving ongoing client product needs.
- Educate customers about the hirify.global product suite and its leverage for their goals.
- Establish and maintain strategic account plans for top-tier advertisers.
- Identify potential churn risks and escalate to appropriate stakeholders.
- Perform monthly audits of the book of business and maintain AM dashboard.
Requirements
- 2-4 years overall work experience, with 1-2 years in Sales or Account Management.
- Deep understanding of the online advertising industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
- Exceptional command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Direct experience working at an advertising agency, publisher, ad network, or demand-side platform.
- Experience with Ad Serving technology and comprehensive understanding of the online media marketplace.
- Proven ability to handle multiple deliverables with tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
