What you will do
- Serve as the lead day-to-day point of contact for top-tier advertisers and agencies.
- Become an expert on hirify.global’s ad products to provide value and achieve client advertising goals.
- Manage and grow accounts, fostering strong relationships and recommending strategies for renewals and upsells.
- Craft persuasive, data-driven narratives to engage clients and drive incremental revenue.
- Collaborate with Account Executives on client meetings, RFPs, and presenting campaign insights.
- Oversee campaign launches, creative builds, performance monitoring, and financial invoicing.
Requirements
- 3+ years of consultative experience in account management/client services at an ad tech company or media planning at an agency.
- Experience in video and display advertising with a premium publisher, ad network, data vendor, or agency.
- Experience working with performance advertisers prioritizing lower-funnel outcomes.
- Hands-on experience in Programmatic video executions, workflows, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of PMPs, DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, ad servers, or other optimization platforms.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, Looker, PowerPoint, and Tableau for reporting intelligence.
