TL;DR

Account Supervisor: Overseeing internal teams and aligning with client expectations, acting as a brand advocate and agency facilitator with an accent on project management, financial management, and client relationship. Location: Hybrid (New York, USA). hirify.global's current hybrid model allows working from home two days per week. Salary range is specific to NYC.

What you will do

  • Act as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders to ensure integration across the business, monitoring and providing innovative solutions.
  • Oversee and guide technology and development teams against business objectives, understanding complex technical workstreams.
  • Support the business role and account side of technical work and decisioning within the context of a larger multi-year roadmap.
  • Demonstrate accountability for agency performance, financial, and commercial management.
  • Facilitate the development of project briefs and manage client expectations, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead an integrated agency model, ensuring teams are aligned and working against shared goals.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of account management experience required, with direct and digital marketing or CRM background.
  • 2+ years Automotive industry experience required.
  • Demonstrated solid mid-level client experience and ability to navigate complex client organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, demonstrating flexibility and creative problem-solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Tier 1-3 campaign adaptation/support experience.
  • Field team support/training and/or dealer marketing experience.
  • Agile training or experience.
