What you will do
- Drive ’s customer acquisition in the West Region and develop outbound-focused sales growth strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and enable a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives to exceed targets.
- Define and manage monthly/quarterly sales objectives and provide accurate ongoing forecasts.
- Drive sales cycles for critical wins, successfully uncovering problems, presenting solutions, and closing deals.
- Foster a positive team culture of collaboration, learning, and trust within the sales organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 8 years of experience working within a sales organization for a hypergrowth SaaS startup relevant to finance, supply chain, sales performance management, business planning, BI or Data Analytics solutions.
- 3 years of experience managing and developing a team of sellers with demonstrated results in elevating performance and achieving sales targets.
Nice to have
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
- Talent for engaging prospects and C-suite stakeholders with clear, concise communications.
- Experience managing deal cycles of 6-9 months with average contract values in excess of $150k.
- Passion for planning, designing, and implementing sales strategies within a new market in the US.
- Comfortable defining strategy, working autonomously, and rolling up your sleeves to make an impact at the point of revenue.
