Pre-Sales Manager (AI): Leading the functional and technical sales process for hirify.global’s AI Agentic Experience Automation solutions with an accent on discovery, requirements gathering, validation, and demonstration. Focus on articulating solution value, positioning products to business and technical users, and managing a team of AI Presales Engineers.

Location: Remote from the United Kingdom. This role involves managing a team covering the UK, Ireland, South Africa, and Israel, with significant travel up to 75% at times.

What you will do

  • Manage a team of AI Presales Engineers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Deliver demonstrations that align hirify.global’s portfolio with customer business challenges.
  • Identify and interpret customer functional and technical requirements.
  • Influence and educate clients on the value and benefits of hirify.global’s solutions.
  • Lead technical aspects of the sales process, including proof of concepts (POC).
  • Actively contribute to a team approach with account executives and provide product feedback.

Requirements

  • Prior managerial experience in software or technology companies.
  • Exceptional presentation and demo capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving strategic deal wins and managing multiple, complex sales opportunities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively from C-level executives down to agent/front-line level employees.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and team-oriented with a strong technical aptitude.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.

  • Experience with contact centre technologies, Work Force Management, Talent/HR Management, CRM, or Business Intelligence.
  • Certifications and knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google).
  • Experience with hardware platforms & virtualization.
  • Vertical market selling experience, including Banking, Insurance, Telcos, Healthcare, and Travel.
