What you will do

• Achieve and exceed personal and team SPEX (sponsorship and exhibition stand) sales targets.
• Manage the sales agent network and sales team, including recruitment and performance evaluation.
• Develop and execute campaign strategies for sales and marketing to meet and exceed targets.
• Drive new revenue opportunities and develop new show adjacencies under the Vehicle Tech Week umbrella.
• Foster positive and professional relationships with key suppliers, associations, media, and commercial partners.
• Oversee financial performance, ensuring meeting and exceeding budgeted gross and net profit contribution of shows.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales leadership and event management, with a focus on B2B events.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and manage a sales team effectively.
• Strong business development skills for identifying and securing new revenue streams.
• Experience in brand management and developing strategic event floor plans.
• Must be based in Singapore and able to work in a hybrid format.
• English language proficiency required for international team collaboration and market communication.
