What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles from initial sourcing to offer closing.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and interview scorecards.
• Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines through creative sourcing strategies.
• Design and deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience.
• Develop scalable recruiting processes, systems, and reporting metrics.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives across social media, events, and referral programs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within a high-growth startup environment.
• Proven ability to own roles end-to-end with minimal oversight.
• Strong sourcing skills and a creative approach to identifying top-tier engineering and product talent.
• Excellent communication, judgment, and candidate closing capabilities.
• Deep interest in AI, emerging technology, and early-stage team building.
• Must be based in Madrid to support the hybrid work model.
