What you will do

• Own the end-to-end hiring process for all open roles, from initial brief to signed offer.
• Execute direct sourcing strategies to find passive, high-caliber talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to scope, research, and define roles.
• Design and maintain a fast, honest, and human candidate experience.
• Close senior candidates using conviction and the company story.
• Build the internal hiring engine, including process discipline and employer branding.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in direct sourcing and identifying effective recruitment tools.
• Ability to act as a strategic partner to stakeholders rather than an order taker.
• Highly organized with strong pipeline discipline and administrative skills.
• Compelling storytelling skills and the ability to engage with a wide variety of people.
• Must be based in London to support the hybrid office model.
