Salary: $88,000–$116,900 Base Salary Range (Bonus Eligible: Yes, 60/40 split)

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close.
- Manage opportunities, focusing on deals in the $30K to $150K ARR range.
- Build pipeline strategically by partnering with BDRs and Marketing, driving inbound and self-sourced outbound leads.
- Deliver world-class demos and presentations, becoming an expert on hirify.global's value across industries.
- Negotiate and close deals that create long-term value for customers and hirify.global.
- Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success teams.
- Track and forecast pipeline in HubSpot, owning timelines and close dates.
Requirements
- 4 to 6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with proven success closing mid-market or upper SMB deals.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
- Experience with consultative and value-based selling, able to navigate complex buying committees.
- Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Chorus, and Notion.
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and ideally based in Greater Chicago, Illinois.
