TL;DR

Mid-Market Account Executive: Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close with an accent on building long-term value for customers by navigating complex buying committees. Location: **Fully Remote.** Ideal candidate will live in Greater Chicago, Illinois. Location is restricted to the **United States** due to company benefits and operational requirements.

Salary: $88,000–$116,900 Base Salary Range (Bonus Eligible: Yes, 60/40 split)

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close.
  • Manage opportunities, focusing on deals in the $30K to $150K ARR range.
  • Build pipeline strategically by partnering with BDRs and Marketing, driving inbound and self-sourced outbound leads.
  • Deliver world-class demos and presentations, becoming an expert on hirify.global's value across industries.
  • Negotiate and close deals that create long-term value for customers and hirify.global.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success teams.
  • Track and forecast pipeline in HubSpot, owning timelines and close dates.

Requirements

  • 4 to 6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with proven success closing mid-market or upper SMB deals.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with consultative and value-based selling, able to navigate complex buying committees.
  • Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Chorus, and Notion.
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States and ideally based in Greater Chicago, Illinois.
