Location: Onsite in New York City. Some travel within the U.S. is required.

What you will do

  • Identify, negotiate, and close high-impact partnerships with key publishers and developers across North America.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from sourcing and pitching to negotiating and signing new publisher deals.
  • Monitor the evolving ad tech landscape and track emerging industry trends.
  • Develop and manage the sales pipeline end-to-end, including prospecting and account expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales) to ensure smooth integrations and partner success.
  • Represent hirify.global at industry events and ensure inventory is aligned with specific advertiser requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Business Development experience within the ad tech ecosystem, working directly with mainstream web, in-app, and CTV publishers, with demonstrated impact in publisher acquisition and partnership growth.
  • A strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape, including marketplace dynamics, publisher monetization models, and supply-side platforms.
  • A curious, adaptable mindset, with the ability to quickly absorb new information and adjust to shifting priorities.
  • A collaborative working style, bringing a cross-functional mindset when partnering with internal teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions and influence stakeholders.
  • A demonstrated track record of determination, ownership, and follow-through, with the drive to navigate longer sales cycles.
