Location: New York, USA. Role requires regular in-person meetings with partners.

Salary: $141,375–$195,750 USD (base salary, applicable to California and New York offices).

What you will do

  • Manage and grow global brand demand partnerships, owning communication, revenue, and product strategy.
  • Collaborate with Programmatic Trading Desk and Agency Development teams on supply curation and activating DSP seats.
  • Represent Demand Partnerships in the market, attending industry events and regularly meeting in-person with partners.
  • Analyze spend patterns, identify gaps, and run QBRs with in-region partners.
  • Identify and prioritize product requirements with the product team to unlock spend.
  • Drive adoption of App, CTV, and Web channels across identified partnerships.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, preferably in a brand DSP, CTV, Martech or mobile app advertising organization.
  • Proven success in managing and scaling strategic partnerships within the ad tech or brand marketing ecosystem.
  • Experience working with agencies and advertisers directly to influence deal-based media activations.
  • Deep understanding of brand advertising KPIs and desired outcomes.
  • Subject matter expert in brand advertising, CTV, and mobile app advertising.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be eligible to work in the USA.
