Location: For New York, NY & Chicago, IL, this role requires a hybrid schedule (4-days/week in-office). For Los Angeles, CA and Boston, MA, the role is remote but requires candidates to be present in those markets to meet with clients weekly. Candidates must be currently based in one of these markets (Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Los Angeles, CA; New York, NY). No relocation is offered.

What you will do
- Establish and grow relationships with advertisers and agencies to educate them on hirify.global's powerful data set.
- Own a sales pipeline in Salesforce, managing leads and opportunities, and generating excellent pipeline progression.
- Partner closely with internal teams (sales operations, product, engineering) to build solutions for business growth.
- Maintain frequent touchpoints with clients at all stages of the sales cycle, delivering a high level of customer service.
- Own, track, plan, and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales activities to align with and exceed metrics and targets.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in digital media sales and/or programmatic advertising.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, advertising, or other related fields.
- Experience building business with executive-level contacts and co-selling with cross-functional partners to media agencies and brands.
- Experience operating within and exceeding revenue goals and targets in a structured sales organization.
- Experience exploring and hunting for new sales opportunities and nurturing them into strategic, complex deals and partnerships.
- Proficient understanding of data-driven advertising as well as the advertising landscape (DSP/DMP/SSP).
