What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities across hirify.global’s AI-powered products.
  • Develop deep, trusted relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans to address customer objectives and growth goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on business strategy and operational efficiency.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor client health and usage metrics to surface optimization opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in a quota-carrying enterprise SaaS role with proven success in account management and expansion.
  • Consistent record of over-achievement in exceeding targets in account management and sales.
  • Strong understanding of cloud and AI-driven technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events across North America.
