Salary: USD $67,300.00 - $114,400.00 per year (base pay range across the U.S.).

What you will do
- Lead and implement go-to-market strategies for Omnissa, identifying opportunities in emerging markets.
- Expand relationships with existing partners and identify new strategic prospects, accelerating sell-through via value-based solutions.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with Omnissa and related stakeholders, negotiating to align goals.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor moves, and customer needs using actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, operations) to execute aligned strategies.
- Meet directly with partners and resellers to understand challenges and tailor Omnissa solutions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally in technology.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding revenue targets and driving measurable growth.
- Strong understanding of solution selling and partner-led business models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in forecasting, pipeline management, and financial analysis.
- Willingness to travel nationwide (40%+) is required.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience selling or supporting IT solutions.
- Familiarity with hirify.global systems, platforms, or IT distribution channels.
