TL;DR

Account Executive (Web3/Fintech): Owning go-to-market for stablecoin products and acquiring new clients through outbound strategies and cross-selling existing ones with an accent on driving adoption of InstantPay. Focus on reducing settlement time and FX costs, and ensuring regulatory and operational safety by selling value at the CFO/Head of Treasury level.

Location: This role is based out of São Paulo, Brazil, and is a full-time position where it is required to come into our office at complexo JK Iguatemi (2-3 days/week).

What you will do

  • Acquire new clients through efficient outbound strategies and cross-sell/upsell existing clients with top-notch consultative sales.
  • Own the full sales cycle for InstantPay and adjacent stablecoin solutions, including prospecting, discovery, product demos, negotiation, and implementation.
  • Target and close mid-market and enterprise customers (exporters/importers, e-commerce sellers, IT/outsourcing firms, logistics providers, SaaS companies and multinationals) across your assigned region.
  • Sell value at the CFO/Head of Treasury level by demonstrating FX economics, settlement time improvements, and operational benefits.
  • Manage and grow a pipeline by creating territory planning, account strategies, and forecasting accurately to hit quota.
  • Lead pilots and coordinate cross-functional delivery with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Customer Success, and partner stablecoin/custody providers.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing mid-market and enterprise deals; prior quota-bearing AE role preferred.
  • Direct experience selling stablecoin, crypto payments, blockchain or crypto infrastructure, OR deep experience in cross-border payments, FX and treasury products with a demonstrable appetite for crypto innovation.
  • Strong understanding of regulated stablecoin models, custody, rails and counterparty risk, and practical experience working through KYC/KYB and compliance requirements for payments/treasury products.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Experience selling to senior finance leaders (CFOs, Heads of Treasury) and managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise procurement processes.
  • Excellent consultative selling skills, including building financial models, presenting ROI and negotiating commercial contracts.
