hirify.global is a fintech startup providing a financial operating system with corporate cards, cross-border payments, and spend management software, operating globally across 20+ countries.

What you will do

  • Acquire new clients and upsell existing ones through consultative B2B sales strategies.
  • Manage full sales cycle for InstantPay and stablecoin solutions including prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiation, pilots, and expansion.
  • Target mid-market and enterprise customers across various industries in assigned regions.
  • Demonstrate FX cost savings and operational benefits to senior finance leaders.
  • Lead pilots and coordinate cross-functional teams for smooth onboarding and settlement.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal teams to evolve product features and manage partnerships.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B sales experience with proven enterprise deal closure.
  • Direct experience with stablecoin, crypto payments, blockchain, or deep cross-border payments and treasury knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of regulated stablecoin models, custody, rails, and compliance processes.
  • Fluent English required; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Experience selling to CFOs and Heads of Treasury and managing complex procurement.
  • Excellent consultative selling and CRM usage skills.
