TL;DR
Sales Director (AdTech/Mobile Advertising): Driving sales from key agencies, brands, and direct clients across the Midwest Region with an accent on developing effective mobile advertising and platform solutions and shaping North American sales strategy. Focus on identifying and acquiring new relationships, building long-standing business with advertiser clients, and owning programmatic buying partnerships.
Location: This role is for the greater Midwest region based out of Chicago. Some travel is required for client meetings and events as needed.
Salary: $117,000 USD to $185,000 USD (base salary)

What you will do
- Identify, acquire, advise, and develop new and existing relationships with strategic brands, agencies, and partners.
- Develop new and longstanding business with advertiser clients using ad tech market knowledge and hirify.global’s propositions.
- Own and lead private programmatic buying partnerships (PMPs).
- Manage data partnerships to enable media activation of hirify.global Exchange and Audiences.
- Identify and close upsell opportunities with existing clients across hirify.global platform offerings.
- Communicate cross-functionally to align products and resources to achieve marketer needs.
Requirements
- 12-15 years of experience in hunting and selling for large brands and agencies.
- At least five years of experience in the programmatic ad tech ecosystem (online publisher, ad network, ad exchange, ad server, DSP, DMP).
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills.
- Proactive problem solver with proven ability to solve customer pain points.
- BA/BS degree in a relevant discipline is required.
