TL;DR

Director, Analytics Enablement (Adtech): Architecting, building, and maintaining tracking implementations and taxonomies for client projects, providing consultation and technical solutions for measurement and reporting goals with an accent on digital analytics best practices, data privacy, and multi-platform tracking. Focus on conceiving tracking architecture, validating implementations across various marketing platforms, and educating clients on industry changes.

Location: Hybrid work model, based in Dallas, US. Option to work from home two days per week.

Salary: $128,000–$153,000

What you will do

  • Interface with clients to define measurement and reporting goals and provide technical solutions.
  • Architect, build, and maintain digital analytics tracking implementations, conventions, and taxonomies.
  • Conduct tag management implementation and validation using platforms like Google Tag Manager and Ensighten.
  • Advise on CRM, email marketing, mobile app measurement, and digital media tracking.
  • Author tracking architecture, technical specifications, and implementation documentation for internal and external teams.
  • Educate clients and colleagues on analytics industry changes and data privacy (e.g., cookie loss, Apple MPP, Google Privacy Sandbox, AI in measurement).

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of analytics and technology experience, preferably 3+ years with an Advertising, Marketing, Analytics, or Digital Media firm.
  • Strong understanding of core marketing analytics concepts including impressions, clicks, pageviews, events, sessions, users, conversions, and attribution models.
  • Experience with CRM and digital media analytics platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Ads, GCM, DV360, Facebook).
  • Proficiency in enterprise tag management systems (Google Tag Manager, Ensighten, Adobe Launch, Tealium iQ) and web analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics).
  • Experience with A/B/multivariate website testing tools (Adobe Target) and enterprise taxonomy management tools.
  • Strong presentation, public speaking, and written communication skills to produce client-ready documents and facilitate meetings.
