Salary: USD 99,800 - 126,000 yearly

What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of Client Managers and Analysts in using NIQ tools and service models.
• Act as a trusted advisor and partner to senior stakeholders within major retail client accounts.
• Drive the Customer Success Industry Insights mission through thought leadership and impactful analysis.
• Generate new business leads via contract upsells, ad-hoc projects, and CAS.
• Oversee delivery quality and ensure strict adherence to SLAs.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in the CPG industry, sales, category management, or market research.
• Proficiency in NIQ data sources such as RMS, Homescan, Omni, and Spectra.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into strategic storytelling.
• BA/BS degree required; Master's degree is a plus.
• Must be based in the Edison, NJ area to support 4 days a week onsite presence at client sites.
