TL;DR

Client Director - Insights: Lead client-facing delivery of industry insights using hirify.global tools and services with an accent on coaching analytics teams, driving KPI on-target delivery, and translating consumer/market data into actionable thought leadership. Focus on managing key client relationships, executing service models and JBPs, and generating incremental sales through strong partnerships with account leads.

Location: Hybrid (onsite in Atlanta, GA)

Salary: USD 114,800 - USD 150,000 yearly

What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of Associate Directors, Client Managers, ACMs, and Analysts to deliver high-quality client insights.
• Manage key client relationships and ensure delivery of insights aligned with client-facing KPIs.
• Own the CS Industry Insights mission through thought leadership and on-target KPI delivery.
• Partner with Account Leads to transform customer experience and drive service model and JBP execution.
• Guide teams in probing client business questions, scoping/prioritization, and using relevant data sources for impactful presentations.
• Drive incremental sales by identifying and converting opportunities across hirify.global portfolio services and products.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the CPG industry and/or related sales, category management, or market research.
• Solid experience with data analytics tools and databases (e.g., Discover, RMS) and working with POS/Panel data.
• Experience leading or coaching high-performance teams.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills with excellent numerical ability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, plus Google Sheets/Slides.
• Ability to work onsite in Atlanta as part of a hybrid role.
