TL;DR

Senior Marketing Analyst (Marketing Analytics): Owning reporting and insights to analyze paid digital performance across channels and translate attribution and marketing-mix outputs into actionable ROI and budget reallocation recommendations. Focus on deep-dive ad-hoc analysis, Google Analytics implementation and dashboarding, and cross-functional tracking/attribution improvements with marketing, product, engineering, and finance.

What you will do

  • Analyze digital marketing performance across Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate, and Programmatic, including deep-dive and ad-hoc effectiveness analyses.
  • Translate marketing-mix modeling and multi-touch attribution results into clear recommendations to improve ROI and guide budget reallocations.
  • Implement and manage Google Analytics, integrating marketing and business performance metrics on key new websites for a holistic channel view.
  • Maintain KPI dashboards and reports, streamlining reporting to surface timely, decision-ready insights.
  • Run day-to-day performance analytics for marketing campaigns (e.g., CPA) to ensure ROI and lead quality.
  • Partner with marketing, product, engineering, and finance to implement tracking/attribution mechanisms and forecast spend and investment decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing analytics and performance analysis with hands-on ownership across paid digital channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate, Programmatic).
  • Strong ability to conduct deep-dive and ad-hoc analyses to identify performance drivers and growth opportunities.
  • Experience translating marketing-mix modeling and/or multi-touch attribution outputs into actionable ROI and budget reallocation recommendations with data science and channel leaders.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Analytics, including implementation, ongoing management, and integration of marketing and business performance metrics.
  • Experience owning and maintaining dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for KPI tracking and stakeholder decision-making.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across marketing, product, engineering, finance, and channel leads; ability to communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience with marketing spend forecasting, budget optimization, and allocation.
  • Experience streamlining or automating reporting processes for near real-time visibility.
  • Comfort operating as an insights owner who proactively identifies trends and shapes marketing direction.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven marketing environment with multiple stakeholders.
