TL;DR

What you will do
- Lead GTM execution for Global Partner & Alliance and the AMER region as part of the Go-To-Market Leadership team.
- Build and maintain sales operations frameworks, processes, and reporting to measure partner performance and program health.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across sales, marketing, and client experience to ensure efficient, best-practice GTM execution.
- Support pricing, deal structure, and forecast calls; manage incentive setting in line with global guidance.
- Own forecast management and business predictability by monitoring pipeline and key KPIs.
- Champion sales technology/CRM hygiene, using CRM and BI data to surface trends and inform strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote)
- 10+ years of experience at a SaaS company in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Support, and/or client-facing roles, including working directly with Sales Leadership.
- Experience modeling in Excel.
- Highly effective verbal and written communication.
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) for communication drafting, data analysis, prompt engineering, and/or documentation.

Salary: $155,000-$235,000 per year
