TL;DR

Director, Americas Field & Partner Operations (Revenue Operations/Sales Operations): Own execution of hirify.global’s global GTM strategy across the Global Partner & Alliance organization and the AMER region with an accent on scalable sales operations processes, partner performance measurement, and data-driven reporting. Focus on building operational frameworks, driving forecast and KPI predictability, and aligning cross-functional sales, marketing, and client experience workflows to regional growth targets.

What you will do

  • Lead GTM execution for Global Partner & Alliance and the AMER region as part of the Go-To-Market Leadership team.
  • Build and maintain sales operations frameworks, processes, and reporting to measure partner performance and program health.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across sales, marketing, and client experience to ensure efficient, best-practice GTM execution.
  • Support pricing, deal structure, and forecast calls; manage incentive setting in line with global guidance.
  • Own forecast management and business predictability by monitoring pipeline and key KPIs.
  • Champion sales technology/CRM hygiene, using CRM and BI data to surface trends and inform strategic recommendations.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote)
  • 10+ years of experience at a SaaS company in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Support, and/or client-facing roles, including working directly with Sales Leadership.
  • Experience modeling in Excel.
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication.
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) for communication drafting, data analysis, prompt engineering, and/or documentation.

Salary: $155,000-$235,000 per year
