TL;DR

Account Executive (Software): Driving growth for hirify.global by managing the end-to-end sales cycle and scaling outreach efforts. Focus on building a robust sales pipeline and nurturing leads into long-term partnerships in the software industry.

Location: Must be based in San Francisco, the entire team goes into the office 5 days per week

Salary: $190K – $250K

What you will do

  • Build and manage targeted lead lists aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Partner with an SDR to drive effective pipeline.
  • Utilize automation tools to engage potential customers and build relationships.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for select accounts, from discovery to contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor messaging and value propositions.
  • Track, measure, and report on key sales metrics and optimize workflows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a full-stack sales role (AE/SDR/BDR) within the software industry.
  • Expertise in lead list building and working with automation tools.
  • Expertise in maintaining email infrastructure for optimized outbound engagement.
  • Strong research skills to uncover insights about prospects and their businesses.
  • Proficient in CRM management and reporting.
  • Highly proactive, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling mid-market finance software (ERP, spend management, invoicing, etc.).
  • Experience working at an early stage startup or startup with a larger company (new market, etc.).
