What you will do

• Create communication and CRM strategies to identify, capture, and nurture customers across their decision-making process.
• Develop customer experience strategies that connect consumers across web, email, mobile, direct mail, and social channels.
• Conduct primary research and analyze third-party findings to inform strategic plans and creative briefs.
• Devise personalized content and communication strategies for different customer types.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Sciences team and other agency partners to establish measurement plans and ensure strategic consistency.
• Present strategic recommendations to agency and client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in strategic planning (brand, agency, or similar).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and developing PowerPoint or Keynote presentations.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with strict attention to detail.
