TL;DR

Account Executive (GCC): Driving hirify.global’s expansion in the GCC region, focusing on identifying high-value customers and building strategic business relationships. Focus on developing sales strategies, managing pipelines, and establishing trusted advisor relationships to achieve revenue targets.

Location: Hybrid, based in the GCC region (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates). Specifically Dubai, UAE.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for the GCC region, owning the region and delivering revenue targets.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of deals through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
  • Establish trusted/strategic advisor relationships with key customers, driving the continued value of hirify.global’s products and services.
  • Arrange and conduct hirify.global portal demos for prospects with Sales Engineering support.
  • Work with customers to establish critical goals and aid them in achieving business objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product management, and sales peers to optimize client value.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
  • 3+ years of selling experience in enterprise consumption-based software platforms.
  • Experience in SaaS or the telecommunications industry.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and a hunter mentality.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and sell to C-Level targets, Product Development, and IT contacts.

Nice to have

  • Telco, CPaaS, AI, UCaaS, CCaaS or SaaS new business sales experience.
  • Established relationships with customers that trust and respect your advice.
  • Proven consultative sales solution skills, including articulating a clear ROI value statement.
  • Experience with established sales methodologies such as Challenger, SPIN, or MEDDPICC.
