Implementation Services Manager (AI GRC)

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid). The role is based out of the Chicago HQ office and requires availability for recurring in-office collaboration as needed.

Salary: $95,000–$115,000 per year, plus variable compensation, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own customer onboarding and follow-on implementations from kickoff through rollout, including technical configuration and user training.
• Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects, tracking milestones, delegating tasks, maintaining accountability, and addressing delivery risks.
• Lead discovery sessions, document business requirements, and design logical workflows aligned with platform adoption best practices.
• Advise mid-market and enterprise customers on GRC implementation strategies, quick wins, and time-to-value improvements.
• Configure Risk Cloud applications for highly customized enterprise use cases and manage project delivery time and utilization.
• Build executive-level customer relationships and collaborate with Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical consulting, software implementation, enterprise project management, or a closely related client-facing role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Experience managing multiple large, concurrent technical implementation projects while maintaining quality, timelines, and stakeholder trust.
• Strong technical aptitude, including visual configuration, complex software architectures, relational data models, and workflows in low-code/no-code platforms.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel or comparable data tools for migrations, formulas, and system logic.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience advising executive-level stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in GRC, risk management, compliance, or cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with Gainsight, Catalyst, Totango, Jira, or Asana.
• Experience using or experimenting with generative AI tools for documentation, data analysis, or configuration challenges.
