TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (Life Sciences): Selling hirify.global’s AI-powered data unification and management platform to new and existing customers with an accent on exceeding revenue goals and managing complex sales cycles. Focus on leveraging consultative selling skills, engaging with C-level stakeholders, and developing strategic alignment with partners within the Life Sciences industry.

Location: Must be based in Massachusetts, New York, or New Jersey, with a willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 50%.

Salary: $220,000–$350,000 USD

What you will do

  • Meet or exceed revenue goals by selling hirify.global’s technology and services.
  • Apply the hirify.global Sales Methodology (MEDDPIC) in all sales activities.
  • Leverage experience and relationships to engage with stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Manage the full sales process, including opportunity development, strategy, and accurate forecasting.
  • Cultivate and leverage relationships with strategic alliance partners.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 10+ years of full lifecycle sales experience, including 5+ years in large enterprise software or technology sales.
  • Proven industry experience selling into Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences companies.
  • Experience selling Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) or other cloud-based platforms.
  • Track record of consistent over-achievement of quota (carrying $2MM+ quotas).
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles from business champion to the CxO level.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • English: B2 required.
