TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (Life Sciences): Selling and delivering hirify.global’s data-driven applications platform to new and existing customers with an accent on complex selling, consultative skills, and long-standing relationships. Focus on managing sales activity, developing strategic alignment with key third-party partners, and negotiating pricing and contractual agreements.

Location: Willingness and ability to travel domestically as needed (estimated to be 50%).

Salary: $220,000 - $350,000 USD

What you will do

  • Meet or exceed revenue goals by selling hirify.global’s technology and services.
  • Manage all sales activity through opportunity development, account strategy, and accurate forecasting.
  • Cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with strategic alliance partners.
  • Lead and participate in the development and presentation of a compelling value proposition.
  • Use Salesforce to manage clients, prospects, and partners.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 10+ years of full lifecycle sales experience with 5+ years of large enterprise software or technology sales and/or key account management.
  • Industry experience selling into Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences companies.
  • Understanding and application of sales methodologies such as MEDDPIC or other enterprise sales methodologies.
  • Experience selling Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) or other cloud-based platforms.
  • Experience managing a complex sales cycle from business champion to the CxO level.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically as needed (estimated to be 50%).
